Key Responsibilities:

• Learning and supporting daily tasks related to Reservation Team: deal with phone call, email and feedback to customer. Input data for daily, monthly report.

• Co-ordinate day to day operations with the respected sales persons with respective job tasks

• Visit resort to support when having events, big groups...
