Job Description
- Work directly with customers and internal credit officers to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to credit products.
- Collaborate with bank departments and financial institutions to understand credit origination processes and loan products, and propose digitalization solutions and process improvements.
- Research, analyze, and model existing credit operations, and propose building or enhancing credit software products to meet real-world operational needs.
- Analyze data and develop business documentation, with a strong focus on the end-to-end loan journey, including credit approval, contract management, disbursement, and collections/repayment.
- Write business and system requirement documents (e.g., BRD, URD, SRS) and solution design documents to support the development team and business units in delivering connected credit products.
- Coordinate solution testing, conduct internal training, support UAT, and gather feedback to refine the software until it is fully completed.
- Participate in acceptance testing and handover to ensure the software meets customer and end-user requirements accurately and comprehensively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Overseas graduates are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) in bank credit, finance companies, or financial technology (Fintech).
- Preferred candidates with knowledge of credit operations, loan products, credit appraisal/underwriting, credit approval, or financial payments.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and logical thinking skills, with clear and effective communication.
- Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and digital modeling, using tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability to changes in business requirements and technology.
- Fluent in English.
