1. Understanding market and GTM Project Accountability

2. Data Analysis & Performance Ownership

This role requires you to actively execute and drive key marketing activities, taking responsibility for the outcomes:

  • Analyze Market Landscape to identify potential areas for the development of new financial products and the restructuring of existing ones.
  • Define target customer based on product concept, data and experience customer,…
  • Contribute to Product Value Proposition for new features or products, ensuring market relevance.
  • Execute and Manage the GTM checklist and timeline for specific initiatives or projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, KAMs, Growth & Marketing center) to fully understand needs, attitudes, and behaviors of the Customers and Partners..
  • Assist with project management, budgeting, testing and reporting for product marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of assigned product marketing campaigns. In charge execute and reach KPIs
  • Being responsible for executing and reaching defined KPIs
  • Examine conversion funnels and customer journey data to identify key drop-off points and Present initial insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Process and interpret basic user research and analytics data to validate marketing hypotheses and sharpen target customer definitions.

1. Core Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Education: 1-year experience or Final year student or University Degree (Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields).
  • Execution Focus: Proven ability to take tasks end-to-end, delivering high-quality results without continuous supervision.
  • Data Aptitude: Strong Analytical Skills and demonstrated comfort with Google Tools for performance tracking and data summarization.
  • Industry Interest: Strong, demonstrable interest in Finance/Wealth Management and Digital Marketing.
