Development and Maintenance:
- Develop scalable backend systems: handling high user volumes while maintaining performance.
- Design and implement APIs: Develop secure and well-documented.
- Maintain and improve existing codebase and develop new features.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with other backend engineers and product owners.
- Participate in code reviews: Regularly review and provide feedback on team members‘ code.
Fast Delivery & Execution:
- Deliver features quickly and efficiently: focusing on speed and quality.

Tech Stack: Java.
Nice to Have:
- Frontend: React, React Native, Preact, and Micro-frontends
- Backend & Architecture: Microservices (Docker, K8s), messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, HBase (experience with any database is a plus)
- Domain Experience: Game, loyalty, or promotion systems
