More About This Role
- Platform Management: Support daily operations on key ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.), including product listing, content updates, and store maintenance.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns, mega sales events (e.g., 6.6, 7.7, 11.11), and brand activations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Content & Digital Assets: Coordinate with creative teams to develop product images, E-content, banners, and video assets for online stores.
- Competitive Analysis: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends across ecommerce platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless online execution.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support the team on various digital commerce initiatives and special projects as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Final-year university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields.
- Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and the FMCG industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) as a seller or shopper is a plus.
