Job Description
- Work closely with business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share.
- Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review and release new features.
- Act as a specialist for the product, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, define Standard Operating Procedure, etc.
- Work closely and provide training to internal teams for new features.
- Other adhoc tasks assigned by management team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as Product Manager or Product Owner or IT Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management.
- Able to effectively communicate complex business or technical information in English .
- Able to prioritize tasks, multitask and adapt to changing strategic needs.
- Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus.
- Have problem-solving mindset, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Past experience working in banking or digital payment sector is a plus.
