New World Saigon Hotel I Event Coordinator
- To assist in handle events involving catering requirements (with or without guestrooms).
- To be responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinate with sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of hotel events.
- To act as secretariat backup.
- To recognize opportunities to maximize revenue as sales person by participating in sales blitz and make recommendations, suggestions for event management improvements.
