Job Summary

• Be responsible for monitoring hotel’s social media channels.

• Ensure complete and updated hotel information, properly handled enquiries, and sufficient coverage.

• Follow up and track marketing materials production and assemble information packages for promotional events, property tours, and conferences.

• Assist with the planning of social strategy to increase traffic, ensuring production of consistent brand messages across all social media channels.

• Assist with on-site media relations for local events.

• Assist with general day-to-day administration tasks and prepare monthly, quarterly reports.

Requirements

• Good English and Vietnamese skills.

• Proficient in standard office equipment and software packages, including word processing and publishing.

• Skilled in media tactics, including interview techniques and preparation.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with a major in:

  • Business Administration

  • Hotel and Restaurant Management

  • Marketing

  • Public Relations

  • Or related major

Experience

• At least 1 year experience at the same position in upper-scale hotels
  OR

• 3 years relevant work experience
