Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Developerto join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI products and streamlining our development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI applications, focusing on quick fixes and optimizations rather than creating new programs.
• Collaborate with a small team of developers to maximize output and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of AI trends and their application in the finance sector.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Diagnose and debug AI-related issues, providing swift solutions to enhance system performance.
• Work with simple system architectures tailored for the finance industry, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Engage in effective communication with team members and vendors, with a preference for Chinese speakers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI development, particularly in the finance industry.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to address issues promptly.
• Familiarity with vendor management in a small firm context.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
• Knowledge of the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Proficiency in Chinese is essential; English communication skills are a plus.

• Candidates based in Hong Kong or China are welcome (working in HK)
