We’re looking for a Finance Intern to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts, issue invoice, storage documents conform properly accounting regulations
- Recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts, ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Issuing and Managing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
- Tax Preparation and Compliance: Preparing tax declarations, ensuring compliance with tax laws, submit on time.
- Assist Accounting manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Supporting document preparations for local and HQ Finance requests.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good English skill communication
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Ability to understand and communicate in English is a MUST.
