1) Commercial Project Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders across key functions to support smooth operations
• Manage information systems for accurate data storage, updates, and visualization in reports
• Handle customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and perform other assigned tasks by the upper level.
• Requirements: Background in Supply Chain Management, International Business or related fields; Good English

2) Production Planning Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Assist in monitoring production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and preparing weekly planning reports.
• Arranging containers based on approval shipment plan
• Coordinate with procurement, shipment, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow and accurate MRP updates.
• Track inventory levels and promptly highlight risks of shortages or excess stock
• Requirements: Majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant fields; Good English; knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) concepts

3) Supply Chain Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Coordinate local trucking, customer deliveries, OEM status, and maintain daily transportation updates.
• Manage sample procedures, conduct quality checks, track all samples, and work with Procurement on requirements.
• Follow up with local vendors on delivery performance, report discrepancies, and support vendor evaluation.
• Handle payment documentation, track outstanding payments, archive logistics/procurement files, and provide administrative support
• Requirements: Majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related fields; Good English

4) Business Development Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Support the preparation of commercial and international shipment documents to ensure accuracy and readiness
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain proper inventory levels, prevent shortages, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Prepare product-related documents and presentations, and gather information on international food recipes and market practices for new product launches
• Requirements: Majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields.

5) Digital Transformation Support Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Requirement Gathering: Interview stakeholders to understand business pain points and document "User Stories".
• Testing & Rollout: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-users during system Go-live.
• Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines, set up meetings, and track milestones (PMO support).
• Requirements: Background in Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or Industrial Management or related fields; Good English; Advanced Excel skill

REQUIREMENTS

• Final year students or fresh graduates in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Mechanical/ Technical fields.
• Good at both written and spoken English.
• Must have good academic records.
• Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and "Can Do" spirit.
