Overview of the position
The Operation Management Trainee Program 2025 is designed for MBA graduates with 0-3 years of experience who are passionate about building their career in the Agri Supply Chain Industry and Business Management.
Selected candidates will embark on a 12-month intensive training program in key business operations. This training will offer a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management and Business Operations, focusing on products like Coffee, Spices, and Edible Nuts, as well as essential support functions. After the initial six months of training, candidates will engage in live projects for the remaining six months, applying their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Upon successful completion of the 12-month training program, the trainees will be promoted to managerial positions, be ready to take on leadership roles within the organization.
Throughout the program, trainees will benefit from the guidance of dedicated mentors who will provide coaching and support. Additionally, structured reviews will offer valuable feedback on strengths and areas for development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A two-year full-time MBA degree.
- 0 – 3 years of experience in the business sector.
- Having proficiency in both oral and written English.
- Willingness to relocate to any of ofi Vietnam’s operating locations, demonstrating high mobility.
- Must be aspirational, have strong interpersonal skills, good aptitude and entrepreneur mindset.
