Your role as a P&G LEAD GEN Automation Intern:

Lead automation projects including analysis, planning, pitching and executing with excellence.

Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.

Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential automation applications.

Help create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Participate in testing automation solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

Undergraduates that can work full-time from Jan 2026

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or a related field

Familiarity with data analysis tools and automation tools is a plus
-
Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude

Excellent visionary, strategic, and strong leadership skills, with strong communication skills and analytical thinking

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and drive innovation and business growth
