JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Inbound Logistics Support:
- Support daily inbound logistics activities under guidance of Team Leader.
- Set up PO to suppliers and update delivery status.
- Assist in coordinating with warehouse for receiving and storage activities.
- Handling basic inbound issues (delay, short-shipment, documentation missing).
- Assist in preparing and checking basic import documents such as invoice, packing list, and delivery notes.
- Understanding import–export documents.
2. Data Entry & Reporting:
- Update inbound data into ERP/SAP system or tracking files.
- Preparing simple inbound and delivery tracking reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
3. Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, R&D, QC, Planning, ACC…) under supervision.
- Communicate professionally and escalate issues when required.
4. Learning & Improvement:
- Learn Inbound logistics processes, supply chain in Piaggio Vietnam.
- Actively participate in training sessions and on-the-job coaching.
- Support continuous improvement activities and follow team instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- No experience or less than 1 year experience.
- Internship experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in logistics and supply chain.
- Good MS Office skills, Power BI master is surplus.
- Willingness to learn, careful and responsible.
- Good communication attitude and teamwork spirit.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Work location: Vinhphuc.
