Job Details
Project Management:
- Be a part of multi project and assist in managing the overall client portfolio under the guidance from Account Lead/Manager
- The project type varies from creative / content to media performance
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the project team to meet KPI and Objectives
- Identify key iissuesin different contexts andperspectives to deliver project objectives
- Join and support to win a client pitching project independently with a nature project under 1,000MB or purely media
Solution Provider
- Discuss with Account Lead/Manager and provide marketing solution to clients to deliver project objectives and KPIs:
- The solutions include creative concept and branding, content, and media performance
- Understandthe client’s vertical knowledge and product and marketing.
- Assist in managing client expectations to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company. The client working with is the marketing manager and the marketing lead.
- Act as the main point of contact betweenthe client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting
Client Leadership
- Assist in building and developing strong relationships with clients team through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs: The relationship building is from lead to manager level of the client
- Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction, reach 65% NPS KPI
AI Application
- Apply AI for Project management and Performance management
- AI-Powered Productivity: Proficiently applying AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude…) to increase speed and quality in tasks
- Data Integrity & Fact-checking: Developing critical thinking skills to perform fact-checking on AI results, ensuring absolute accuracy before delivery to clients.
Job Requirements
Must Have
Skills, Knowledge & Qualification
- 3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/… or any related fields and able to work full-time
- Good at analytical skills, problem-solving skills & critical thinking
- Have good business acumen, particularly marketing knowledge
- Strong relationship building and engagement skills
- Fast self-learning, growth mindset
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimistic and positive energy to the team
- Good communication, planning and visualization skills
- English at intermediate level
Good To Have
- Experience in account management/project management/professional customer service role
- Have been involved in project of different categories
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
