Job Responsibilities
- Support the planning team in executing media strategies and building channel recommendations and media plans under the guidance of Planners
- Liaise with media owners and vendors to request proposals, check rates and coordinate accurate bookings across traditional, and digital channels
- Prepare copy instructions and material specifications, and coordinate material submissions
- Assist in competitive tracking, media landscape reviews, and sharing relevant media and industry updates with the team
- Prepare campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning
- Manage billing reconciliation with media partners and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in a media or digital agency environment
- An ability to support timely and high-quality campaign delivery across multiple workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience coordinating across internal teams and external partners
- Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to keep up with industry developments
- High attention to detail, with the ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight timelines
