Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all local product-related functional questions and developmental enhancement requests.
• Assess business focused EB2B product requirements for local markets
• Assess market capabilities against future-state requirements and define target state business processes
• Identify local product customization requirements
• Identifying current-state business processes and work with Change Management Leads to define future-state process change requirements
• Assess core build and align value release maps & product development roadmap
  
  

Qualifications

• English and Vietnamese language proficiency
• Jira software
• Microsoft Office suite
• Agile Product Management expertise
• Salesforce experience a plus, not required
