Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in operations consulting specialise in providing consulting services on optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.
As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

Assist the project team in reviewing documents and verifying supporting evidence.

Participate in interviews with stakeholders to gather relevant information.

Track and manage project data, interview schedules, and documentation timelines.

Support data analysis activities under guidance from the project team.

Maintain organized records and data input as needed.

Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or related fields.

Available to work full-time from September to November.

Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions.

Detail-oriented and organized in handling data and documentation.
