Be a Vital Part of VinUni's Community!
At the VinUniversity Store, we’re looking for friendly and trustworthy student assistants who love connecting with people, supporting merchandise sales, and creating a warm experience for visitors. You’ll also help with our fanpage when needed and assist at the front desk - becoming one of the first faces to represent the VinUni spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise Sales: Drive sales and manage inventory for VinUni merchandise, with opportunities to enhance your sales skills.
- Hotline Management: Handle phone inquiries, assist callers, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Fan Page Management: Develop and manage our social media presence, engaging with the VinUni community and sharing updates.
- Guest Relations & Reception Area Maintenance: Greet visitors warmly and keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
- Others: Perform additional tasks as required.

Working Hours: (Flexible to register for your shift, no more than 4 hours/day)
Morning Shift: 09:00am- 12:30 am
Afternoon Shift: 13:00pm – 17:30 pm

We are looking for candidates who:
- Bring genuine enthusiasm for student life and a passion for learning more about VinUni, while actively contributing to our vibrant community.
- Show a strong sense of responsibility in every task and good communication skills.
- Have an eye for detail, ensuring high standards of service and care.
- Value integrity, being honest and trustworthy in all situations.
- Possess skills in online sales, customer service, Canva design, or photography – these are a plus, but not required.
