This role sits at the intersection of technology innovation and business enablement. You will be part of the Advanced Technology Center specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud technologies, supporting the management and delivery of cutting-edge solutions across global business units.

 

The position is designed to provide technology management support and project management assistance to ensure the successful execution of complex AI and Cloud projects. A background in Business Management is preferred, as the role requires translating business objectives into actionable technology plans, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking performance metrics.

 

 

1. Key Responsibilities:

Technology Management Support

+ Coordinate technology roadmap planning, with a focus on AI model lifecycle management and Cloud adoption initiatives.

+ Assist in monitoring technology trends and preparing executive summaries or business cases for emerging AI and Cloud solutions.

+ Support compliance, governance, and reporting activities related to technology initiatives.

 

Project Management Support

+ Work closely with project managers and technical leads to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking.

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

+ Maintain dashboards, status reports, and risk registers to ensure transparency and alignment.

 

Business-Technology Liaison

+ Help translate business requirements into technology objectives, ensuring alignment between commercial goals and technical capabilities.

+ Support stakeholder communication plans, including preparation of presentations and updates for senior leadership.

+ Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning for AI and Cloud projects.

 

 

2. Preferred Background and Skills:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

+ Understanding of AI and Cloud computing concepts and their business applications.

+ Experience supporting technology programs or projects.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project,).

+ Analytical mindset and ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations.

+ Fluency in English
