Job Description:

• Participate in researching, developing, and integrating AI applications for Sapo’s products (AI Chatbot, recommendation systems, Conversation Insights, etc.).

• Support data processing and analysis (data preprocessing, data labeling, cleaning, etc.) for machine learning/deep learning models.

• Participate in designing, building, training, and evaluating AI models (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.) on new technology platforms.

• Learn, optimize model performance, and propose solutions to improve quality.

• Work with the research team to update new AI technology trends and develop ideas for new product features.

• Collaborate with other departments (Product Development, Design, etc.) to implement and integrate AI into actual products and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Currently studying or have graduated from Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, algorithms, and data structures.

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, C++, Java, etc.). Preference for candidates who are proficient in Python and popular libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

• Good English reading comprehension, proactive learning, and staying updated with new knowledge.

• Strong teamwork skills, logical thinking, problem analysis, and resolution skills.

• Preference for candidates who have worked on AI projects, participated in programming/data science competitions, or have personal projects (GitHub, Kaggle, etc.).

Working Time:

• Full-time internship (40 hours/week).

• Internship duration is at least 3-4 months.

• Flexible hours to suit the schedule for final-year students.
