About the job
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The core function is tracking quarterly price movements, primary and secondary supply in all property market asset classes. The Research department cover multi tasks include:
- Variable population growth forecast modelling: provincial, district and development area level.
- Analyze projected office and residential demand and supply gaps.
- Support demand forecasts on related property segments: Resort, Residential, Retail etc.
- Analysis of asking and sold price deviation.
- Monthly updates of price band by asset class.
INTERNS' DUTIES:
- Update market information via calls, internet search, site inspections and other sources.
- Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Hotel/Resort, Resort, etc.
- Enter data into a database or spreadsheet, ensuring that data is properly formatted and categorized.
- Support analysis and other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final-year students or recent graduates
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
- Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
- Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
- Proficient in English
- Able to intern fulltime (4 months)
Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
Working time: Monday to Friday.
