Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitor shopfloor activities related to projects, equipment implementation, and technical action items.
• Prepare and maintain investment, budget, and cost tracking reports.
• Coordinate with PMO, production, engineering, controlling, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and timely information flow.
• Collect, consolidate, and update project, financial, and technical data.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and status reports for PMO reviews.
• Track milestones, open actions, and implementation progress, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting files in assigned systems and tools.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field available to work full-time for six months.
• Strong interest in manufacturing environments, shopfloor processes, project coordination, and financial tracking.
• Have good knowledge of probability statistics
• Decent English skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and PowerPoint or Excel VBA is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, production processes, or equipment-related topics is a plus.
• Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic plant environment.
