JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conduct data analysis (internal & external) and provide an insightful report for strategic decision-making
• Enhance Salesforce effectiveness through Sales efficiency KPIs monitoring, lead communications (trainings/sales program) at the cluster level
• Be the champion for sales digital tools, drive the successful launch of digital/AI tools to the sales team, and monitor the adoption rate
• Keep track and ensure data quality of bFO (Salesforce CRM) in terms of pipeline health and customer account information, and drive the data-driven culture in the company
• Understand the market landscape, provide valuable macro/segment/competitor insights on BI monthly newsletters
• Support on ad‑hoc tasks related to data, including Channel/Product/Sales team performance review
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related fields with 0–2 years of experience in data-related jobs
• Expertise in advanced Excel and Access; experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, SAP, or other data tools
• High level of critical & analytical thinking, attention to detail, and numerical skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
• Collaborative and client‑centric mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
