Job Description

• Support Business Development & Marketing team to generate promotions programs:
• Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, freeship voucher and other type of vouchers
• Pricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add-on deals and other type of pricetags
• Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process.
• Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing.
• Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements.
• Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly.
• Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process.
• Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user-reported issues and ensure a good user experience.
• Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
• Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
