KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Assistant for setting up Digital Camera service operation

Support the administrative jobs (e.g. purchasing support, payment process, internal document process, etc.);

Communicate with our partners for setting up Digital Camera service operation;

Communicate with our partners to solve the daily / project issues.

• Assistant at Digital Camera workshop / Training events, etc.

Attend Workshop a few days per month with our member and support receiving digital cameras from customers (including weekend / business trip);

Assist to set up Digital Camera service booth at workshop, Photo Training and Several Meetings based on the requirement;

Assist to create ideas for improving our camera services and implementing it at Workshop / our partners.

• Service Promotion Activities

Collect Customer's voice and demands by visiting customers' places with our member, and then plan new service schemes with any promotion activities;

Update our web contents and promotion video with our internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree of Business Administration or Supply chain & Logistic;

At least 1 year experience in Customer Service function;

Enthusiastic photo shooting by any devices (Digital Camera, Phone, etc);

Good Excel & PowerPoint;

Good communication skills.
