Job Description:

Responsible for designing communication materials for recruitment brand activities, talent recruitment programs, and/or other programs as required.

Coordinate with the Recruitment team to create content and visuals to promote the employer brand across media platforms.

Assist in organizing events and programs related to talent attraction and recruitment brand development.

Participate in the candidate sourcing process and support the management of the candidate database.

Perform administrative and other support tasks as required by the department.
Job Requirements:
-
3rd or 4th-year student, or recent graduate in related fields such as Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or other related fields.

Intermediate or above design skills, proficient in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

Creative thinking, good content writing skills are an advantage.

Responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team.

Preference for candidates with internship or work experience in recruitment communication, branding, or event management roles.
