This role will assume responsibility for:

•Assist the Account Management team in coordinating projects from brief to delivery.

•Support in maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

•Help in preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation.

•Track project progress and ensure timelines are met.

•Conduct quality control (QC) checks to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

•Support in writing creative briefs and gathering necessary project details.

•Assist in managing feedback and revisions between clients and the internal team.

•Keep internal systems updated with project statuses and documentation.

•Learn and support billing, expense tracking, and reconciliation under supervision.

•Stay up to date with Tag’s services, technology, and industry trends.

Experience:

•For Junior AE: 1 year of experience in an agency, marketing, or production environment (internship experience counts!).

•For Intern: Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

•Basic understanding of advertising, marketing, and creative production (TV, Print, Digital is a plus).

•Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

•A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

•Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

•Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
