*** SCOPE OF WORK
CRM Intern is responsible for supporting CRM department’s day-to-day activities.
- Support execution and operations of the Tam Sơn Loyalty Program
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to curate VIP gifts and treatments
- Assist with CRM administrative tasks and data management
- Oversee gifting inventory and ensure timely distribution
- Conduct market research and propose enhancements for the loyalty program
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

3. Knowledge & Qualifications
- Can work full-time (Monday-Friday) for 6-month internship
- 3rd or 4th-year student in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Passion for customer relationships
- Creative and customer-focused
- Interest in the luxury industry
- Eager to learn in a dynamic environment
