FHN.NGT is looking for highly motivated Fresher DevOps Engineers who are eager to learn, grow, and

build their careers in Cloud, DevOps, and Platform Engineering through our structured training and

project onboarding program.

Responsibilities

Participate in the DevOps training and development program while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies, including:

- Linux

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)

- CI/CD and Automation

- Complete hands-on labs, assignments, and technical assessments.

- Support infrastructure deployment, operation and optimization on cloud and container platforms.

- Participate in Cloud, DevOps, and Platform Engineering projects for domestic and international customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Final-year students or recent graduates in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems,... or related disciplines.

- Fundamental knowledge of: Linux, Networking, Git

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.

- Demonstrated commitment to pursuing a long-term career in Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.

English Requirement:

- Professional working proficiency in English.

- Candidates with IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+ (or equivalent) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud platforms.

- Personal projects, homelab experience, or involvement in open-source communities.

- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).

- Cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus.

Development Path

Phase 1 – Intern DevOps (1–3 Months)

Candidates will participate in a structured training program covering:

- Linux Administration

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Cloud Fundamentals (AWS/Azure)

- CI/CD and Automation

Each module includes hands-on labs and technical assessments.

Compensation: Unpaid training period.

Phase 2 – On-the-Job Training (OJT) (Up to 3 Months)

After successfully completing the training program, candidates will receive an OJT contract and gain hands-on experience by contributing to real projects and operational activities under the mentorship of experienced engineers

OJT Allowance: Negotiable

Phase 3 – Full-Time DevOps EngineerAfter successfully completing the OJT phase and meeting performance expectations, candidates will

transition to a full-time DevOps Engineer role and contribute to large-scale Cloud, DevOps, and Platform Engineering projects
