About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Business Analyst Internto support the identification, analysis, and implementation of AI-driven business solutions.

This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, business analysis, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Support gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI adoption.
• Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Case documents.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and solution discussions.

AI Use Case Discovery

• Research AI technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Identify and evaluate potential AI applications across business functions.
• Support the assessment of AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI.
• Participate in Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot projects.

Data & Solution Analysis

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to understand data requirements and model capabilities.
• Help analyze datasets and business metrics to support AI initiatives.
• Assist in preparing solution recommendations and business presentations.

Project Coordination

• Track action items, project deliverables, and implementation progress.
• Prepare meeting notes, project reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and feedback collection.

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ months' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner intern or in relevant positions
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred

Basic understanding of:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Data Analytics

Familiarity with BA methodologies:

• Requirement Gathering
• Process Modeling
• User Stories
• Agile/Scrum

Experience with tools such as:

• Power BI
• SQL
• Python (basic)
