Main responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day procurement administration activities across all direct & indirect categories and MRO.
- Support procurement team with onboarding process of new suppliers.
- Support to local procurement and internal stakeholders to maintain supplier & contract database, create Purchase Order (PO).
- Set up meetings and aligned agenda with procurement team.
- Contract and PO compliance Drive and ensure compliance with local procurement process with stakeholders.
- Other admin supportive tasks to be discussed and aligned according to current needs.
- Identify and create potential catalogues in COUPA system.

- Final-year students preferable economics, supply chain, materials (paper, plastics).
- Great collaboration skills.
