INVESTMENT BANKING INTERN

TVS Investment Banking partners with companies to raise capital, execute M&A, and solve complex strategic problems. As an intern, you will work closely with senior bankers, contributing to real transactions while building a strong foundation in corporate finance and deal execution. We are looking for juniors with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance or fresh graduates who are curious, reliable, and serious about learning investment banking in an entrepreneurial environment.

Internship duration:

3-6 months – Full-time and onsite in Ho Chi Minh City

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze sectors, size markets, map competitors, understand business models, and turn fragmented information into clear, well-structured insights.
• Support the building of financial models with attention to accuracy, logic, and transparency.
• Help prepare client-ready pitchbooks and investment materials that are clear, well-structured, and visually consistent.
• Work on questions that do not always have obvious answers, and learn to structure problems, test assumptions, and present reasoned conclusions.
