About the Role
The TikTok Shop Graduate Development Program is an 18-month experiential learning journey tailored for high-potential talent. The program is designed to accelerate growth and prepare graduates to make a real-world impact in our e-commerce business.
From Day 1, you will:

Rotation Opportunities

Acquisition & Incubation
Help new sellers launch successfully on TikTok Shop through onboarding, training, and early success strategies. Provide data-driven insights, practical playbooks, and foster a community-first approach. -
Category Creators
Collaborate with creators/KOLs to drive partnerships with sellers, acting as a strategic matchmaker and enabling mutual growth. -
Campaign Management
Work with category teams to design and execute viral campaigns that build awareness, drive GMV, and make Shoppertainment fun. -
Platform Operations & Business Intelligence
Solve high-priority platform challenges through impactful projects, with exposure beyond data analysis into real execution.
Participants will rotate across 3–4 teams within 12 months. Rotation length will be determined by business needs, with your skills and preferences considered to maximize impact.
