Job Description

Support Services Specialist A&I (Hardline, E&E)

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts and oversee all related project activities. 
  • Coordinate inspection schedules with factories and the scheduling team, and confirm arrangements with clients and suppliers/factories. 
  • Prepare client quotations, enter costs into the invoicing system, and process monthly billing for payment collection. 
  • Obtain inspection requirements and specifications from clients, communicate to inspectors in advance, and coordinate the resolution of inspection-related issues. 
  • Translate inspection criteria and requirements, when necessary, to support inspection activities. 
  • Maintain, update, and file inspection documents on a daily basis. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and inspectors, ensuring clear communication, understanding of inspection criteria, and compliance with client requirements. 
  • Consult with technical experts on technical matters and communicate guidance to inspectors, ensuring proper understanding and implementation. 
  • Review and release inspection reports to relevant parties and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by clients. 
  • Independently handle client complaints or coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues in accordance with established procedures. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a solid understanding of quality control and inspection processes in the industry.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
  • Experience with third-party inspections and factory audits is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database tools.
  • Strong work ethic, responsibility, and attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented, flexible, and committed, with a logical and structured approach to work.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong training delivery and problem-solving capabilities.
