CDFRESH is a recruitment program for fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of experience, open to all majors nationwide, to become Business Supervisors and Department Specialists in the Customer Development (CD) Department, specifically in the Traditional Trade Channel – the growth-driving division at Unilever Vietnam.
The CD Fresh Program offers a professional training journey of 6 to 9 months, an open, empowering, and inclusive working environment, along with attractive salary, bonus, and benefits packages. The Customer Development Department – Traditional Trade (Distributive Trade: markets, grocery stores, general trade, etc.) is a dynamic and challenging sales channel with the goal of serving every Vietnamese consumer at every point of sale with the best experience, backed by the strongest distribution network.

Eligibility to Join CDFRESH

Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 2 years of experience.

Prior work experience is a plus.

Passion for field sales/business development and customer development.

Enthusiastic, fast learner with a positive and diligent work attitude.

Willing to work in provinces across the Northern and/or Central regions.

READY TO TRAVEL to meet customers in the traditional trade channel (markets, groceries, general stores, etc.).
