KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the processing and data entry of accounting documents, invoices, and related transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including data reconciliation when required.
• Assist with document preparation, printing, filing, and obtaining approvals for accounting-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect supporting documents and relevant information for accounting purposes.
• Perform other tasks and assignments as delegated by the Chief Accountant or direct supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh graduates or final-year students majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with functions such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months; full-time commitment is preferred.
