REQUIREMENTS
Relevant education and background

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Design, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong interest in technology, AI, robotics, or innovation-driven industries.

Basic understanding of marketing principles, research methods, or business operations is a plus — but not required.

Comfortable using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace. • Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese; basic English proficiency is an advantage. • Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month internship period, with full-time availability preferred.
Nice to Have

Prior internship or project experience in marketing, research, content creation, or event coordination.

Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.), or data entry practices.

Experience participating in student clubs, competitions, or extracurricular projects demonstrating initiative and teamwork.

Basic knowledge of data tools (Google Sheets, Excel pivot tables, or similar) for data collection and organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Market Development Intern, your responsibilities will span across multiple functions within the Market Development Division. Specific tasks will be assigned based on team needs, intern strengths, and ongoing projects. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Market & Competitive Research Support

Assist in collecting, organizing, and synthesizing market data, including competitor products, pricing, features, industry trends, and regulatory updates.

Support primary research activities such as customer interviews, surveys, and field observations — including note-taking, data entry, and initial analysis.

Help build and maintain research databases, competitor trackers, and market intelligence repositories.
-
Assist in preparing research summaries, market overviews, and opportunity assessments for internal use.
2. Marketing Campaign Support

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across content, social media, events, and PR — including coordination, scheduling, and logistics.

Assist in creating and publishing content across VinDynamics' owned channels (social media, community platforms, internal communications).

Help track campaign performance metrics and compile regular reports on reach, engagement, and campaign progress.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners for campaign-related activities as needed.
3. Documentation, Reporting & Data Management

Prepare meeting notes, internal reports, presentations, and data updates to support team workflows.
-
Maintain and update tracking documents, project logs, and team dashboards on a regular basis.

Assist in building and organizing content libraries, asset folders, and documentation archives.

Support internal reporting cycles by collecting data inputs from cross-functional teams and consolidating into standardized formats.
4. Operations & Campaign Tracking
-
Perform operational tasks including content management, data entry, campaign tracking, and workflow coordination.

Monitor and update status trackers for ongoing marketing initiatives, partnership activities, and market research projects.

Support procurement and administrative processes related to team activities — including vendor coordination, material preparation, and budget tracking.
5. User Research & Insight Collection

Assist in designing and distributing user surveys, feedback forms, and research instruments under team guidance.

Conduct structured interviews or gather user feedback during activations, events, or outreach activities.

Help compile, organize, and tag qualitative insights and user feedback for further analysis by senior team members.

Support persona development and customer journey mapping by contributing field observations and collected data points.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with different teams within the Market Development Division — including Brand, Product Marketing, Business Development, Market Research, and Creative — on shared projects and deliverables.

Participate in cross-functional meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as assigned.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, align on timelines, and ensure smooth execution of team activities
7. Project Participation & Ad-Hoc Tasks

Take on assigned tasks and contribute to ongoing projects as directed by team leads and managers.

Support strategic or operational initiatives as they arise — from research sprints to campaign launches to product demonstrations.

Proactively identify areas where support is needed and offer assistance across team priorities.
8. Event, Demo & Community Activity Support

Assist in the preparation, coordination, and on-ground execution of events, product demos, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.

Help manage event logistics including material preparation, venue coordination, attendee management, and post-event documentation.

Support VinDynamics' participation in industry events, conferences, and brand activations — ensuring smooth on-site operations and a high-quality brand experience.
