In this role, you will be instrumental in the Escooter Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

  • Design plastic components for the body of electric scooters and electric bicycles. Confirm the feasibility of design, comprehensive analysis, and report work according to timelines during the vehicle development process for body components
  • Checking and making documents in job scope
  • Management BOM cost of Escooter project, provide cost down idea apply to projects already SOP, deploy cost down tasks for procedure
  • Design and confirm the accuracy of 2D and 3D drawings, document technical solutions from suppliers
  • Create SOR, BOM, ECN... on the Teamcenter system, manage data related to transferred designs
  • Feasibility analysis in PT, PTO, LS phases of new CKD vehicle projects. Report design quality (SIL) issues during project development
  • Solve relevant issues to quality design for projects already SOP
  • Deploy requirements for export projects
  • Other task from managers

Requirements

  • University graduated: Major in mechanical engineering
  • At least 2 years of applicable experience in R&D or mechanical engineering
  • Proficient in 3D Catia V5 (2D, 3D) software is an advantage. and MS Word, Excel…
  • Relevant work experience in mechanical design motorcycle and electric motorcycle is an advantage

  • Have knowledge about Escooter or motorbike
