Job Overview
VinFast is looking for a Feature List & Roadmap Engineer to support vehicle feature planning and coordination across engineering, business, and program teams. You will help manage the lifecycle of vehicle features—from planning and prioritization to implementation tracking—ensuring alignment with product strategy and market requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy both technical and planning work and are interested in how a vehicle is defined from a product perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of vehicle feature lists for new programs
- Coordinate with engineering teams to track feature development status
- Assist in building product roadmaps based on timing, technical readiness, and business priorities
- Prepare planning reports, status updates, and cross-functional meeting materials
- Monitor program milestones and highlight risks or misalignment
- Help maintain documentation related to feature definitions and change management
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (0–3 years of experience) in:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields - Strong English communication skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines
- Interest in product planning, vehicle features, and program management
