We are looking for Software Design Engineers – Electrical & Electronics Systems to join the development of VinFast’s advanced vehicle lineup (VF3/5/6/7/8/9).

• Design and integrate automotive software for electrical & electronic systems, including drivetrain, HVAC, thermal systems, and auxiliary control systems (windows, doors, trunk, lighting, etc.) using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Develop embedded control software in C/C++ and tools such as MATLAB/Simulink; optimize source code to ensure high performance and system interaction.
• Integrate and test control systems in both real vehicles and laboratory environments, ensuring compliance with technical requirements for performance, safety, and reliability.
• Analyze and diagnose system errors, propose corrective and improvement solutions to ensure stable and optimized system operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and finalize system integration for mass production.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and standards related to high voltage, drivetrain control, HVAC, and other auxiliary systems (windows, doors, trunk, lighting, etc.).
• Strong C/C++ programming skills, with additional knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
• Understanding of control algorithms such as PID, Kalman filter, and other feedback control methods.
• Experience with embedded control systems and control algorithms for automotive mechatronic systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Preferably with practical experience in the automotive industry and a valid car driving license.
