OB DESCRIPTION

• Contribute ideas and collaborate with other departments (design, admissions, academic teams, etc.) to support the implementation of the communication campaigns of the system.

• Produce diverse content for Vinschool’s communication channels (website articles, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, etc.) to enhance brand awareness.

• Create content supporting the enrollment activities of Vinschool campuses.

• Develop ideas and detailed scripts for communication videos about school activities, events, and student achievements.

• Participate in on-site coordination of the system’s photo and video shoots.

• Propose communication plans for the system’s events and activities.

• Proactively handle arising issues, follow up closely with the timeline to ensure quality and progress.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time position.

• Strong writing skills. Experience in video content editing is an advantage.

• Preferably a university graduate or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.

• Good English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.5).

• Preference for candidates with good content orientation and development skills, especially on digital platforms.

• Honest, hardworking, meticulous, and creative.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Dynamic and highly responsible.
