JOB DESCRIPTION

VinUni Admissions Ambassador

Monthly coffee talk

- Organize and host engaging events where prospective students and guests can learn about VinUni and experience a campus tour.

- Support theme selection, event planning, and presentations, while providing valuable insights to prospective students.

- Promote events for prospective students.

On & off campus event

- Participate in admissions events by delivering presentations and/or supporting event sessions.

- Serve as positive student role models, encouraging young people to consider VinUni as a viable and attractive option.

- Provide support to prospective students and fellow staff members involved in the activities in a safe and friendly manner.

Alumni Outreach

Foster connections between VinUni and your high school while creating opportunities for prospective students and their families to learn more about the university.

 

Mentoring program

- Review students’ application materials and provide constructive feedback.

- Conduct mock interviews to help students refine their interview skills and increase their chances of success in academic and professional settings.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should meet the following key requirements:

2. Good Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, which are essential for engaging effectively with prospective students and members of the university community.

4. Presentation Skills: Have experience delivering presentations and a willingness to further develop and improve these skills as needed.

5. Reliability and Commitment: Demonstrate dependability and a strong commitment to fulfilling the responsibilities of a student ambassador, which may include event organization and mentoring activities.
