The PM (Report to Elab Innovation Officer) will coordinate and drive the execution of several initiatives, including:

• Development of ELab's Innovation Report.
• Implementation of corporate co-research and innovation programmes with industry partners.
• Post-incubation support for deep tech startups, including market research, Proof of Concept (PoC), and commercialization activities.
• Coordination of Vietnamese market-entry consulting projects for Singapore startups

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
• Follow up closely with startups, researchers, corporate partners, and consultants to drive post-project execution and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication, prepare project updates, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of project documentation, reporting, and operational excellence.

• Strategic projects are delivered on time with clear ownership and execution quality.
• Corporate innovation and co-research programmes generate tangible collaboration and commercialization outcomes.
• Startups successfully complete market validation, PoC implementation, and commercialization milestones after programme completion.
• Consulting projects are executed efficiently with high client satisfaction and measurable business impact.
• ELab maintains strong project governance, execution discipline, and stakeholder engagement across its innovation portfolio.
