Scope of Work:

• Build and maintain timelines, roadmaps, and milestones for multiple Roblox game projects, and effectively manage product backlogs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and resolve problems/ conflicts.
• Track daily and weekly progress, report project status, flag potential risks or blockers, and propose actionable solutions.
• Ensure all build versions (alpha, beta, release) are properly tested, reviewed, and meet the studio’s quality standards.
• Manage scope changes based on project capacity or timeline.
• Oversee output quality, evaluate bug reports and backlog items, and work with QA/ QC to prioritize fixes.
• Serve as the primary communication hub for stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment on progress and deliverables.
• Optimize internal workflows/ processes by proposing/ maintaining process improvements, work guidelines, and management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
• Support the Live Ops phase, coordinate events, regular content updates, patches, and hotfix releases.

Requirement:

• 1 year of experience in project or production management, ideally with fast-paced, live-service projects in the gaming or software industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple small projects or teams simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of the product development pipeline, from concept, design, and art production to implementation, QA, and release.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Airtable, Notion, Trello, Miro, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Comfortable working in a high-velocity, iterative environment with shifting priorities and short development cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify risks and proactively propose solutions.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and cross-team communication.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile Practitioner) are a strong plus.
