Zalo Product Management Trainee is a practical training and hands-on mentorship program designed for young talents who are passionate about technology and aspire to build a career in product development. The program requires a strong foundation in business, technology, and user experience (UX).

Who we’re looking for:
We welcome final-year students, fresh graduates, or young professionals (with less than 1 year of experience) from diverse academic backgrounds — including Technology, Business, Design, and Social Sciences — who share a passion for solving user problems and building great products.
You are a good fit if you:
- Are studying or have graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Interaction Design, or related fields
- Have strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
- Are passionate about creating amazing product experiences
- Thrive in team settings but can also take ownership and work independently
- Are curious, open-minded, and eager to learn and grow.
