We are looking for motivated final-year students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn 
and grow in a professional working environment.
This internship program is designed for candidates who can work full-time at the office for 
one internship term (3–4 months). Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to become 
full-time employees after the internship period.

1. Business & Platform Operations – BD Intern / Marketing Intern
Number of positions: 8–10
Location: Hanoi
Duration: 3–4 months
Working model: Onsite 
Responsibilities
• Support operational optimization of digital platforms
• Assist with business analysis and reporting
• Support marketing campaigns and loyalty programs
• Assist in fintech-related initiatives
Projects
Interns may participate in initiatives such as:
• Platform operations optimization
• Fintech ecosystem projects
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Customer loyalty and engagement programs
Requirements
• Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in digital platforms and business operations
2. Internal Operations & Culture Intern
Number of positions: 3–5
Location: Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City
Duration: 4–6 months
Working model: Onsite
Priority: High
Responsibilities
• Support training operations and logistics
• Prepare training materials and attendance tracking
• Support internal communications and content creation
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and cultural events
• Maintain internal trackers and operational reports

• Vin33 internal celebration campaign

• Internal cultural initiatives
Requirements
• Final-year students or recent graduates in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to support event coordination and internal activities
3. HR Operations Intern
Number of positions: 1–2
Location: Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City
Duration: 4–6 months
Working model: Onsite
Priority: High
Responsibilities
• Support HR operational processes
• Assist with employee surveys, assessments, and reports
• Support HR data management and documentation
• Participate in HR improvement initiatives
Expected Outcome
Outstanding interns may have the opportunity to transition into full-time HR Specialist roles after 
completing the internship.

4. Talent Acquisition Intern
Headcount: 5
Responsibilities
• Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Support recruitment and employer branding activities.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes.

• Final-year students or graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related 
fields.
