We are looking for motivated final-year students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow

This internship program is designed for candidates who can work full-time at the office for one 
internship term (3–4 months). Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to become full-time 
employees after the internship period.

1. Shared Services Operations – SAP Intern
Number of positions: 15
Location: Hanoi
Duration: 4–6 months
Working model: Onsite
Priority: High
Responsibilities
• Support daily operations of enterprise systems used across Vingroup ecosystem
• Assist with system monitoring, documentation, and operational issue tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of digital platforms
• Support data updates, reporting, and system configuration tasks
Systems / Platforms
Interns will work with enterprise platforms including:
• SAP
• Salesforce
• Distribution Management System (DMS)
• Supply Portal
Projects
• SAP operations support across internal departments
• Salesforce CRM operational support
• Vendor onboarding and data management through supply portal
• Operational support for enterprise systems across multiple P&Ls

2. Education Technology – Fullstack Developer Intern
Number of positions: 2–5
Location: Hanoi
Duration: 3–4 months
Working model: Onsite
Responsibilities
• Support development of education technology platforms
• Implement frontend and backend features
• Participate in system testing and bug fixing
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance

3. Healthcare Technology – Software Engineer/ QC Intern

Location: Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City

• Support telecom infrastructure deployment
• Assist with signal boosting systems and GPON implementation
• Support installation documentation and network rollout

6. Platform Engineering Intern – DevSecOps
Number of positions: 3
Location: Hanoi
Duration: 4–6 months

Responsibilities
• Support cloud infrastructure operations
• Assist with CI/CD pipeline development
• Support system monitoring and automation
• Assist in maintaining platform engineering tools
