JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with content creator on a wide range of materials that may include Facebook fanpage, web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other CAS marketing materials (Poster, Brochure, Leaflet, Backdrop, Banner, Standee, POSM);
• Coordinate with Content Creator team to produce video contents;
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity;
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout;
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system;
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator… and other video editing programs;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of one year experience in graphic design
• Attention to detail;
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills;
• Time management and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web;
• Experience with both print and digital media.
