Partnership Collaborator is responsible for supporting the establishment, maintenance, and growth of strategic partnerships in the digital advertising field.

The primary goal is to optimize business performance through partner programs and ensure seamless coordination between the Zalo Ads Partner and the Zalo Ads Platform.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Partnership Manager in identifying, screening, and shortlisting new potential partners (Agencies, MarTech providers, Media Company etc.);
  • Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing information on existing partner programs from major Ads Platforms (e.g., Google/Meta Agency Partner programs) and identifying new market trends;
  • Material Preparation: Prepare necessary documents, dossiers, and cooperation proposals (Proposals) for partners under the guidance of the manager;
  • Relationship Management Support: Together with Partnership Manager helping maintain positive relationships with Agency/Client partners;
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, compile, and report on the performance of partnership programs (e.g., budget utilization, completion of cooperation targets, etc.) on a regular basis;
  • Event & Training Support: Assist in organizing and participating in training sessions, workshops, and events hosted by Zalo Ads to update knowledge and expand the professional network;
  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on the status of partnerships, any arising issues, and proposed solutions;
  • Other responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, technical, data analyst to sort out any operational obstacles.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related quantitative field is required;
  • 01 - 02 years of experience working in Digital Marketing, Sales/Business Development, or a related role, preferably with prior exposure to Ads Platforms or Media Agencies with basic knowledge of how major advertising platforms operate (Zalo Ads/Meta Ads/Google Ads/TikTok Ads...);
  • Maintain a positive attitude and persistent effort when facing demanding partner targets or unexpected technical/policy changes from Zalo Ads Platform;
  • Clear and confident communication (both written and verbal) to build and maintain relationships;
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with internal teams;
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Office software, especially Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (for reporting and analysis) and PowerPoint/Google Slides (for presentations);
  • High spirit of learning, eager to explore new technologies and trends;
  • Focus on achieving objectives, partnership targets, and customer-driven mindset;
  • Well organization, independent & dedicated follow up.
